The Plantation Company, PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia ( with its head office in Medan, North Sumatra, is part of the International SIPEF Group, a 100% RSPO certified palm oil producer invested in the Far East and Africa. The Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to assume the position of PRODUCTION CONTROLLER with lines of reporting directly to the Vice President Engineering.

  • The candidate must have excellent technical skills in Palm Oil Mill Operations, with strong emphasis on engineering management.
  • As the Company has numerous Palm Oil Mills and Rubber Factories with a large workforce, it is important that the person has exceptional people management experience.
  • It is expected that he would have at least 10 years direct experience in Palm Oil Mill Management, preferably in the South East Asian environment.
  • The individual would have successfully completed college/university education, with preference given to Mechanical Engineering.
  • The position would be based on one of the Company Estates in Sumatra with responsibility for operations at the company mills & factories in that region.
  • The candidate should have an enthusiastic approach to work with an innovative character and the willingness to adapt to change.
  • The ability to communicate with Bahasa Indonesia speaking counterparts would be advantageous.

The Company is offering a generous salary and expat package, including medical insurance, travel and housing etc. The position is available immediately, although subject to Medical examination and Work Permit requirements.
